Amenity Center Grand Opening
Our amenity center offers all of the luxuries of the best resorts, but without the inconvenience of leaving home. Simply walk down the street to spend a day indulging in a wide variety of family fun. With so many options, you’ll never hear a child proclaim, “I’m bored” again. Our pool complex opened in the summer of 2018, offering Gateway families the opportunity to enjoy outdoor fun early in the life of the development. This year, we have completed a fantastic amenity building, offering indoor event space for our onsite lifestyle director to host events, as well as an event lawn where families can enjoy picnics, kids can play games, and the community can come together for movie nights, concerts, and more!

Comfortable lounge chairs both poolside and in our cozy covered area

Thee pools, including an adult pool with a large shallow end and plenty of swimming space for the grown-ups, a large community pool and a kids adventure pool
A padded playground area so that the kids can run around safely
Sprinklers in the pool to keep you cool and encourage the kids to splash around
Large restrooms for convenient wardrobe changes
